OK, this is the last room on this level for me. I can't seem to figure out how to properly deploy the decoys.

I think I need two in the eyeball area (1), one in the area with the three queens (2), one in the big area with four roaches (3), one to drop the door in (4), and a whopping six in the trapdoor area (5).
That uses up all twelve of my decoy potions, and it's all good, except that the fuse is too long and the queens get to spawn before dying.
So I figure that what I need is to use my decoys more efficiently so I have a couple of extra to set off bombs in the top and bottom half of the room. Trial and error shows that there is definitely some sort of precedence assigned to decoy potions based on the order in which they are placed (seems to be key to solving the Entrance), but I can't seem to figure out the rule.
I
think that I need to be able to get the roach in (5) down to the bomb using only four decoys. Am I right about this or am I missing something else?
Thanks!
