It's likely that the cat, by repeatedly pushing past the blinds to see outside, eventually broke them. After about 3 months in my last apartment, my cat had made sure that there wasn't a window in the place that didn't have at least 2 of the slats broken off right at the drawstring.

I love the animals so much above all the dogs!!
They are wonderful!
I before had 4 dogs and was beautifulst living together.
Hour two they are died and they lack to me very much...
but those remained are sweetest and they gives much love to me.

I have a friend we call Fezzik, though I have no idea why, she's 5'0, bone thin, and very much as un-Andre the giant like as you can get.
