I finally made it to the Undercity, and took a look at the art section, and none of the custom images displayed in the first half. (The second half is art made with game elements.)

It affects all these rooms: 1S1W, 2S1W, 3S1W, 3S, 3S1E.

(I do own this in Steam, but I'm trying to play these rooms before watching surrealcanine's videos, and I'm only up to Below the Library in that version.)

EDIT: Not a bug.

Do you have Alpha Blending turned off? That might be preventing you from seeing lighting-based room art.

e.g. 1S1W is supposed to look like this:

The City Beneath : The Undercity : 1 South, 1 West

If you have it turned on but this stuff still isn't displaying then there's a problem.

I did try turning on environment effects, but I didn't see any difference. Because I did it in the one room that shows nothing until you move the platform.

I'm seeing the art now.
