So, onto the actual question: How do I beat this room?
My current idea is:

×1. get 7 spaces between the first two roach queens and 9 spaces between the second and third

×2. either kill the brain or drop the first trapdoor (but probably not) when the first roach queen reaches (7, 5)
The problem is that I cannot find any way to
