×-Release the golems, mostly to get them out of the way later. Lead the lower one into the bottom-left corner to keep it out of the way, leave the other one in place.

-Release the constructs and set things up to trap one on the lower plate. Don't actually do this yet, as it will get the upper golem out of position.

-Step on the time token. Trap the construct that's not chasing you on the lower plate, then go through the right passage in the bottom area a few times.

-After a few cycles of that, walk the timeclone to the upper plate, step on it, and end recording.

-Now let the timeclone lead the construct away, while you manipulate the upper golem onto the plate. You'll end up leading it off, but this isn't a big deal.

-Step on the disarm token the last time the timeclone goes through the loop. Doing it earlier will desync the construct, leading to the timeclone getting either trapped or killed.

-When the timeclone steps on the plate, step on the upper door. You only need one turn there. Then just clean up.
