Missing achievement in TBC, Resoluteness (+2)

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this.

I've managed to get 299/300 achievements on steam and the only one I'm missing is Resoluteness. Could anyone inform me on where/what I need to do to get it? Thanks
