I'm trying to buy a new CaravelNet subscription after being away from the game for a few years. I purchased through the website on 2/12 and got confirmation from BMT. On 2/24 I emailed support@caravelgames.com and have received no response.

Let me know who I can talk to to get some help.

Interestingly, I recently also needed to buy the subscription for the next year, but... there were no links to purchase on the page. It was somewhere around 28/2. I PMed the staff and everything is fixed now, and I have renewed the subscription, but I feel like some of the problems that people have, might be the result of that? Before the page was fixed, the proper links were in the source code for the page, but they didn't appear on the purchase page.

But yeah PMing anyone from the staff or Mr Rimer will probably be for the best.

Tablesaw, hi! Thanks for the order, and I apologize for the trouble getting renewed. Our server was having issues on its cloud infrastructure, so that might have been going on at the time. Have things been sorted out for you or do you still need help?

Yeah, everything is fine and fixed now, it seems like people didn't notice it, because it was probably a problem since october 2020.
