After Heime has been kidnapped and you encounter the doom squirrel guarding his wooden sword, you can throw a dagger at the squirrel to get the sword, but after the cutscene, your dagger is gone / not lying on the floor anymore. Maybe make the Heroine automatically pick up the dagger with the sword?

You can throw stuff? I haven't even tried. xD Should've zapped him with a Dart spell.
What I did was click on the sword, and the heroine just... kicked the poor squirrel into the skies, Team Rocket style. It was hilarious, but poor squirrel. ^^;

It's actually behind the tree; you can still pick it up, but it's a bit hard to spot. I'll change this location for v1.1.
