When you export a hold, are all the demos you have for it exported as well?

If they are, is there a way to get rid of them quickly, or do I need to visit each room individually to do so?

No, the demos are separate files, so the hold is exported without the demos.

I'm not sure about player files, though.

Why do some holds have their own title screen demos then? Does this mean that only demos marked "Show from title screen" will get exported, or has something been changed to stop viewing of user-made demos from the title screen?
