The warp token warps the player to the direct opposite of the room to the location he's standing in. For example, if the player is standing in (1,1) - the upper left hand corner of the room, he will be warped to the corresponding square in the lower right hand corner of the room.
To be specific, it's a 180 degree rotation about the point in the center of the room, made convenient by the fact that rooms in DROD: RPG are square-shaped.
Also, obviously the target square in question can't contain a wall, pit, monster, or anything that in general can't be stood upon.
