Man oh Man!

Now this exit has tons of baby snakes ... I did manage to get to the bottom of the E side and saw that the "whatever his name is" kills the snakes if you can lead the trail correctly. I am thinking that it might be best to get rid of the snakes on the E side first, draw a few at a time from the west side, avoid the guy with the staff and try to let him get the others as I avoid him. Hummmm ....

This could take awhile especially having to start over and over and over and over and over .....................

60 moves??? Is that from start to finish?

Thanks for you advise. Unfortunately, I never got a chance to try it as I was busy clearing the room before I came back to the forum.

I solved this room by moving down from the top left through the snakes, going all sorts of ways, up, down, diagonial, etc. and killed some in the E down and up. Then, since the snakes cut of the the trail to me I was able to work my way up the middle chamber and over the the W chamber. There I could kill most of the snakes one at a time (sure it is tons of extra moves but hey, the object is to get throuhg). Then cleaning the stonemen and the other snake was easy compared to what I had come through. Then back to the E where lots of the little snakes were stuck and easily killed them and exited in great hast

60 moves is from start to all snakes but the final one; for the total, we are talking about 120-140 moves or so (I'm having a hard time at the end myself). The speedy way was the one intended, though as long as you conquer the room... well, Beethro gets paid no matter what.
