Um, yeah. As Talund is saying, that other secret room is just a scene that is being played. Did you mean a different one? There is probably a hint thread for it already if it is a puzzle secret room.

Well...sure it does. But entering it and leaving it will basically "conquer" it, since there are no monsters. But I think you might have to leave it in order to be sure that it counts.

Where did you find the way to that room? I found the other one going between the stairs, but I can see no way to that last secret. I've checked every wall!

Edit: Found it! Got to wonder, for how hard it was to locate, why did they go to so much trouble? 😅
