Repro steps:
1. Post "
new topic"
on a board that doesn't have e-mail notification turned on for you.
2. Check the "
Email Notification: emails sent to you whenever someone replies"
option.
3. Send the message.
4. Reply to the message.
No e-mail notifications are sent. I got this from Birkoff earlier and reproduced it on my own. One possibility is maybe that me replying to my own message is not sent to me as a notification, because it's me, which is reasonable behavior. I didn't try getting someone else to reply to my message.
