I recently had cause to export my player data (in JtRH) and it tokk over 1/4 hour on a moderate laptop (1.1GHz I think) running Windows XP pro.

Is there any way of reducing this export time (by deleting old holds, demos saved games etc)? In principle there is no problem with this except that while it was exporting I couldn't minimise the screen and my computer was tied up while waiting.

Curiously it took only a couple of minutes to re-import the data.
