I may have mentioned it before, but I'm currently working on a full-blast heavily-scripted detailed tutorial for DROD in my spare time. While this thing is nowhere near completion, I'm looking for just a few people to help keep the process steady and make updates more manageable. Since every room has scripting in it, I'd like at least two people who are absolute grammar freaks to check over every line of speech, and two players who know their way around a DROD room to help me get concepts right about monsters and elements, along with helping me to create a nice difficulty curve and get facts straight.

Testing would be very sporatic, something along the lines of one update every 2-3 weeks. This isn't a hold I'm spending night and day on, but I'd still like to get it done as soon as possible.

Actual updates would be fairly sporatic, as in one every 2-3 weeks, so if you have other testing commitments, this hold shouldn't affect them very much. It's just a general side project that I'm doing to try to get newcomers into DROD easier.

To contact me for testing, either PM me or email me (Both are avaliable through my profile), and please state whether you have CaravelNet or not, as that will help me decide how to get the thing set up.

Whoa...I didn't expect this many people to volunteer at all.

I've got a total of 5 now, which is one more than I had hoped for, but I'll hope it works. To the people who did volunteer but haven't heard back from me, I'll probably get you in once the thing has been completed for a final test just to get a fresh set of opinions.

At the moment, testing is closed. If, once I actually finish the hold, I require more people than I have already signed up, then I'll get in contact with you two. Right now, just because actual hold construction is going so slowly, having more than five is practically pointless. Five in itself is rather large, as they are mostly finding repeated bugs.

I'm putting out another call for testers. A few of mine have other commitments to work on as well, so I feel that adding two or three more people into the mix would greatly help. Progress is still very slow moving, and would require something along the lines of 1.5 hours a week at the most. I've changed it so that CaravelNewt is required, as it's seemingly impossible to coordinate testing without it.

I will be looking for more respectable and knowledgeable players who understand the elements of DROD. If you want to be considered, send me a PM or an email like last time.

I've got a great response, but I've chosen two people. Thanks to everyone who applied!
