You may use a maximum of 96 deflectors for this puzzle. All four puzzles will have this restriction. The deflectors used in the puzzle aren't placed in a particularly efficient way, so there should be many solutions that can use less than 96 deflectors. This restriction is made as a safeguard against automated or trivial solutions that involve flooding the board with deflectors.
