This is basically why I'm suggesting this:

You know, it's tempting to change how this is done altogether...

How about we add the list you speak of, and allow the architect to delete any of the demos he or she wants to. Add in a big red "Delete them all" button, and remove the auto-deleting of demos when uploading a new hold.

Put all of the control in the architect's hands instead of forcing it like it's currently done.

How does that sound?
