I'm stuck - I can't figure out where to go next. I have the following codes:

But I can't figure out where that is - every path I've found is either a dead end, or it requires a code I don't have. Can anyone give me instruction on how to continue?

Ok, I've been wandering round aimlessly for too long now. My next code is the Power Bomb found, apparently, in but I haven't found that level and can't seem to reach any new rooms without codes I don't have...

Anyone like to tell me what I've missed?

I was, but I'd gotten stuck at a very early stage:

Okay... Um... I really must not be getting how to enter codes, if such a thing is even possible. This room says to enter 1-1-1-1, but... how? I mean, I've tried the number row and going NE-SW four times, and the number pad won't work because with or without NumLock, that's how I steer the guy.

So yeah, what's with entering 1-1-1-1?

This should work. The idea is that you step on the middle tile, then the tile with the first number, then back to the middle tile, then the tile with the second number, etc.

Note that you must step back and forth immediately, without waiting or rotating your sword in between. Additionally, you must enter the code the first time you step on the the middle tile - if you've stepped on that tile, then done something else, you can't enter the code without leaving the room and coming back first.

I was happily on my way to find the phazon code, when one of the bits of paper I had the codes on went missing. I still have the codes up to Spider Ball, but have lost the next 5 or so.
Can someone send me an email with the missing codes? I started to go back to retrieve them, took one look at the wavebuster room, and decided I'd rather just stop than do so many rooms again.

Did you lose your progress in JtRH? If you completed these rooms already, when you go back to them there should be no monsters in them. This should make re-aquisition of the codes a lot easier (The Wavebuster room minus the roaches is just a few orb hits). Use you most recent game save and just re-visit the rooms they are in. Use the hints in Samus's ship to help you if you can't remember where they are.

Hi all, help needed here, I have all the codes, I went to the space ship and entered the code it asked for, ie, Flame Thrower and obviously did it correctly as the little statue dropped. I expected it to ask me for the Phazon Suit code which I also have and is correct as I have used it within the appropriate levels but it didn't ask for any code. So I exited the space ship and reentered thinking maybe it wants me out before it asks for the Phazon suit code but when I stepped back on the square it asked for the flame thrower again, even tho the statue wasn't there. If I go over to the script that tells me where the Phazon code is located it says it is acquired, or what ever the terminology but no matter how often I go on or off the space ship it keeps asking me to put in the flame thrower code each time. Am I missing something here or is there a glitch?? Please someone help as I have had fun, and some frustration with this. I just need to find the World Artifact and have all of everything. I have a feeling it is going to be something simple I have missed but just can't see it. - Thanks, Judi

Yes, it does sound like a tiny glitch, but there's no need to worry about it. You won't need to come back to the spacecraft until you've dropped the master wall.

Just find the last artifact and continue through Hints on where to find the artifacts are on the scrolls there. Or, if that's not enough, see this thread.

I must also be missing something as I have entered the missile launcher code, dropped the statue got the location for the next code but can't access any more rooms than i could before. I am trying to get to chozo ruins 1n 1w but can't. What am I missing and how do i know I'm supposed to get artifacts too?

Looks like you just started this hold, Jools. This hold is a bit different from other DROD holds. Each room has its own monster killing puzzle, but the entire hold has some overarching puzzles as well. One of the overarching puzzles is figuring out how to access each room. It helps alot to take notes as you play.

When you first start exploring, many paths will be closed to you, blocked by citizens who ask you to enter codes in order to pass. Every time you learn a new code, you can get more of these citizens to step aside and let you past. As you explore, keep notes of what codes are needed in each room. Now that you know the missile launcher code, go back to those rooms where it is needed and enter the code. You will now be able to explore new territory. If you are 100% thorough in your explorations, you will find the next code.

Another overarching puzzle is finding all the artifacts. I don't think you're at the point where this puzzle has been introduced. You'll learn about the artifacts as you explore further south in the Tallon Overworld.
