Or I suppose you could throw up a dummy hold and then post whatever you're beta-ing as an attachment in your beta forum.

The Law
We do not want the beta system to be used in that manner. If we notice dummy holds being uploaded for this purpose, we will delete them.

The Loophole
However: If you have a project that you think would greatly benefit from having a temporary private board, email moderators@caravelgames.com and tell us all about it. We will evaluate each case, and if we deem it worthy of having a private board, we will create one for you. But please don't get all crazy and start requesting boards unless you have serious plans and a convincing argument for why you need a private board. We will not feel bad about saying no. In fact, Erik will probably do a Mr. Burns "Excellent" as we turn people down.
