I think that would take way too long. I would rather have something like an "Undo last mod" on your profile or something.

It doesn't seem that hard, but I know nothing about it. I also think it is a good idea to have a popup come up saying "Are you sure"? Then another one, "Are you SURE"? And maybe for some people, a third one...
