Quite a nice hold you have here! It's now one of my favorites.

Most certainly the hardest room was actually completing Once west from the right entrance. It took a lot of experimenting but I figured out a way to stop the roaches from coming before killing the mud mother. My favorite room was Twice South Once East first time through.
