Impossible. For the second q from right to have a 'u' on the end, the first word must have a double 'u'. Eg
QQQU
.......QUu~~~
QQu~~~
But there is no word that starts with 'q' and then a double 'u'. There are words without a 'u', say Qatar, but the first word must then be Quatar, which is impossible. Therefore your word is impossible, unless you can find a word that can be spelt both Q~~~ and QU~~~.
So I will put up one:
QWERTYUIOPASDFGHJKLZXCVBNM
Try it.

Technically its possible, but you'd need to build from whatever is left until you are left with a U next to the Q, hence making you realy work for it.
