How do you rotate eyeballs? And how do you rotate arrows?

While it's selected (hold the mouse button down) use the keys you use to rotate Beethro's sword.

If you've changed your keys, note that currently the level editor still uses the defaults, so use q and w until that bug is fixed.

You can also use the mouse wheel to rotate objects.
