I've just installed build 24 (full install) - when I run it, the window opens, but before the title screen shows up (and before it asks me for my name), it crashs with a windows exception.

I uninstalled, rebooted, and tried a clean install, but the same exact result happened.

Oh, and I didn't get a message with an assertion #

I tried installing build 23 and running the upgrade. Exact same result.

My system is a windows XP running on a Pentium IV.

None of the previous builds exhibited this problem.
