I just noticed if you have a script that waits for a clean room to run and the last monster you kill is a tar mother (or mud?, I presume) which results in making babies the script will still run on that turn.

I'd expect any "wait for clean room" scripts to follow the green door rules- or putting it simply when the green door drops I'd expect the script to run.

If you'd like an example here's a very simple hold attached that has Beethro wait for a clean room before saying "It's a clean room".

Hmm...that's a tricky one, to be sure.
I'd expect any "wait for clean room" scripts to follow the green door rules- or putting it simply when the green door drops I'd expect the script to run.
This is what will have to be done. However, character scripts, like other monsters, necessarily take their turn before the check to open green doors is performed each turn. So I will change how WaitForCleanRoom performs by having it succeed only on the turn following when green doors have dropped. I'm expecting this to have very minor repercussions on existing rooms, but the old behavior will still be achievable by exectuing a WaitForMonster check over the whole room.
