The reason for this build is to distribute one important fix that prevents crashes while editing holds. Note that build 23 installation is slightly different from previous builds.
The good news: It will not overwrite your data from build 22. (No changes were made to the .dat files.)
The bad news: You can only upgrade from build 22. If you haven't installed build 22, you should just run the full install of build 23. Or if you are really looking to avoid the bandwidth usage, run the build 22 upgrade and then run the build 23 upgrade. Note that these last two options WILL OVERWRITE YOUR DATA. Read instructions for previous builds on how to avoid this.
