Journey to Rooted Hold : Sixteenth Level : 3 East (0)

First of all, I assume that the only place you can do this from from entering is in the top left corner, as there is too small a space to kill the golems and still get through. So, if I go from the top left, I can only get round to about 1 before there is a golem in front of the hordes of roaches and I can't progress any further because killing the golem blocks the way.

Firstly, am I entering from the right direcction? Secondly, how do I stop that golem getting stuck in the roaches because I can't stop it...

I HATE YOU!

Seriously, I've gotten this far in the game. I've gotten stuck a few times and had to look in the forums for help. I've gotten through rooms that were obvious in concept but obnoxiously meticulous or repetitive in execution. But this is, bar none, the room that has me the most ready to start hurling large objects around. I hope there is a special line for you in the DMV, populated with particularly smelly people, and staffed by a non-English speaking worm with a grotesque scarf and a wicked "king of my particular hill" syndrome!

Now, if you'll excuse me, I must make yet ANOTHER trip back thru this maze to lure 1 more golem to a kill zone, so I can repeat the process still two more times.

The first two creatures? Which creatures come first depends on which way you come into the room.

My bad - I am probably confused with another room that's similar to this one and that I allready passed it.

I tried, and the roaches block golem, but when I am getting closer, roaches move towards me and open passage for golem. So he gets stuck in a narrow passage and I can't lure him up as he kills me.
What am I doing wrong?

Another approach to this room is not to wait for lots of roaches to be spawned. Instead, lure that troublesome golem to a place where he won't be in the way.

Your suggestion ultimately worked (after 7 tries); I still had to spawn a lot of roaches in order to keep the next golem from following down there too. :thumbsup

I don't get it... you guys keep saying start in the NW corner, How do I get to the NW corner?

EDIT: never mind... forgot about that 4 way interstection just off the entrance
