Okay, this is seriously weird. I managed to complete all of JtRH some time during the beta, and since then, I've mostly been keeping up with the occasional moving of secret rooms. So I've been a Master of JtRH for quite some time.

And yet... when I opened DROD yesterday, I found that I had apparently only completed 97% of all secrets. Looking through the restore screen, I found out that DROD doesn't think I've completed the secret room on L18. Which seems incredibly strange, since I haven't played any room anywhere on L18 in a long time. Since the official release, I've been playing JtRH from start and I'm currently busy with L17. I don't recall anything unusual happening just before the first time I opened DROD and found that I'd lost my Mastery.

One thing did occur to me. I don't know how DROD registers completion of secret rooms, but the last time I completed the room in question was in one of the beta builds. Perhaps DROD flagged the room as no longer completed due to behavior changes in later builds? Still, I'm wondering why this would happen nearly two weeks after the latest upgrade.

Yes, there was a beta bug involving properly remembering completion of secret rooms. It was fixed during beta, but if you played through certain secret rooms before this bug was fixed, it's possible a couple "came unglued" when importing your player to the new version. This shouldn't happen for any secret rooms conquered after this bug was fixed (however, offhand, I can't remember which beta build the fix was made in).
