As in, how do I rate a user-created hold?

When I go to the hold in the holds forum there is a button to rate the difficulty but no button to rate the quality?

You click on the brains to rate the difficulty and select the rating for the overall quality of the hold (1-10) in the dropdown menu ('Overall').

Click on the 'Rate' button when you're done selecting the appropriate ratings.
