And before you go and accuse me of stealing the idea from the Motion Madness website, let me just say that I am indeed taking their idea. So there. ×Do you mean the words he says as you try to kill him (where he begs for mercy), or the advice he gives in the ending sequence (as he lies dying)? I am assuming it's the former, as the "advice" is fairly long.

Nice idea. Except... I lost all my data when I upgraded to build 17 and the only thing I have left now is an exported player file that has become corrupted.

Ah well... I guess I'll just have to start all over again.

Do you have a drod1_5.dat file is the directory that DROD 1.5 is or was installed in? If so, then a recovery is possible. It should still be there--the upgrade doesn't delete it.

I'm in the same boat as Watcher and I'm waiting until build 25 before I recomplete DROD (almost anything I export from build 23 is corrupted so I don't want to start a player there).

So, Matt, reserve a place for me on the website... I'll be joining as soon as I can...

Watcher, I got your PM and your name is on the list. It sounds like quite a few people have beaten DROD but no longer have their save game file. To fix this, I'm trying to think of a question that you'd only know if you won, but doesn't require you to reload the game. Anyone have any ideas?
