I have been logging in through the member list section. I cannot find a place that says "Login" that I can press.

There should be a few boxes at the bottom of the page that say username and password, and a login button. If you only see a logout button then you're already logged in.

You'll probably find that the forum keeps you logged in across sessions unless you delete your cookies regularly.
