After slogging through those two awful rooms on Level 9, I've finally gotten to the Level of Evil Invisible Spiders.

Well, actually, they weren't all that bad. Still...

This room's got me stumped.

1 and 3? That's a long way to run. Perhaps you could run a slightly shorter distance than that, because it seems to be taking you too long.

Well, I meant further east than that, but I didn't want to place that many markers. I assumed you'd know that I meant to the direct south of each opening, I'm not that dumb.

Aaanyway, I keep trying, and I can't see any efficient way to drain the roaches off.

No dumbness implied or assumed, Chaco! I'd just rather start off with very general hints and then move on to the specific. Glad you sorted it. I hated this room first time round... took me the longest time...

Sorry for bumping this, but I didn't want to make a new topic for this room.

I can't seem to wrap my head around the upper-left chamber. I tried letting the roaches build up in the force arrow tunnels on the left, then side-swipe cutting my way up to the top, in the hopes I can get to the far left tunnel and hold off the roaches. But no matter what I do, I can't turn my sword fast enough to hold off the roaches coming from the upper row!

Trying to drain the roaches out won't work. The method above has not worked, obviously, and trying to force a roach buildup seems like suicide. >_> I'm at my wit's end here, can someone please point me in the right direction?
