Briar UI difference in Steam and GOG versions (+1)
I was replaying The City Beneath. I decided to play on Steam instead of on my usual GoG install, and I noticed something.
When you click on a briar root to get the 'turns remaining before growth' popup, the popup lasts for less than a second before quickly fading away. On my GoG client, the popup will stay up giving useful information as you play the room.
The GoG implementation feels much better, and I am surprised that the Steam version doesn't handle this in the same way.
