1.3.0.499 Scroll text editor cannot click in-line when scrolled down (0)

Add a scroll in the editor and start typing text. You can click anywhere in the text to move the blinking cursor to that location.

However if you add enough lines to add a scrollbar, and scroll down by at least one line, clicking on the text now only moves the blinking cursor to the front of the line. You have to use the keyboard to move it beyond the line start.
