The Goblin : Outer Defenses : 1 West (0)

I took the northern exit from this room, which took me to Flooded Repository. However, a certain secret room (as well as the level list in the H&S map) tells me that there is a different level before that.

Is there a chance to visit that level later, or do I have to redo this room, and find my way into the center staircase (and lose all my progress in Flooded Repository)?
