The 4th Mimic can only be placed once the other three are already in position, since any further movement to get a Mimic into position would move one of the others out or fail to get them back into position. And it'll have to be from a diagonal, since an orthogonal movement would either displace or fail to move one of the other three Mimics.
×Each Mimic needs to be 90 degrees turned from each other, but if you're disarmed, you'll tend to hit that naturally if start with one potion and move towards the next.

×There's quite a few setups that will work, but the easiest ones are going to be those where you only take 6 turns after drinking the first potion to place the final three Mimics.
