How do I solve this? I'm assuming I need to get the queen to reduce one of the snakes by 1 square, which will then enable Rallim to climb the NW corner, but I can't see how to release the queen at any time that she will block a snake, the most interaction I can get with one is clipping a tail, delaying her southward trajectory, but I can't see any way that helps. Rallim still can't get South enough to keep her in play.

Edit: so I worked out how to use the queen to damage a snake, and then got Rallim to the top corner, but he then has to retreat and the roach gets caught in a down arrow alcove. As I've made some progress I'll give it a little more thought and make another post in this thread if I give up.

OK, I can't figure it out. This is the position I got to that allows me to injure 1 snake of my choice for 1hp of damage. Is this a correct start?

I'm now guessing I need to use the queen to somehow outright kill the 3-snake so that I have enough time to let the roach kill all the others.

Yes, that's how you start. From there you should be able to kill the queen after using her.

I can't climb the eastern edge because the roach gets caught in a trapdoor, if I climb the western edge I reach the summit just in time to have to immediately climb back down, and the roach gets caught in an alcove. I can't see anything else.
