Ghost Display Characters on Crates with Cloud Shadows Blink (0)

If you have crates in a room with cloud shadows weather condition, and put a character with Imperative: Ghost Display on top of the crate, it will blink a brighter color intermittently.

If you stand directly above the character in such cases, it has a chance to blink rapidly.
