If the player role is set to goblin king, the game just uses the generic beethro portrait. If scripting has the "player" talk, then the goblin king portrait shows for the duration of the speech, before reverting back to beethro again.


Edit: Wow, how tired was I when I first wrote this post? "slayer role"??? I obviously meant to type "player role".

Bumping this because I just had a similar bug happen. I was playing Entry Point and got to a level with a custom player role (based off of a Citizen 3).

Same problem as reported here, the face portrait changed for dialogue but not for regular play.

This was on the Steam 5.1.1 build. I then tried playing on 5.1 and the bug didn't happen.
