When using Ctrl+F7 to show changes to custom variables, the last change that happened shows up again every single turn.

To test, make a character set a custom variable to some value on some turn. On every future turn, the change will show up again at the top of the screen before fading away (then come back again the next turn), even though the value is not being changed again.

Thanks, Kieran. Skell, this feels like an effect refactor issue. It might be an issue in DROD 5.1.1 also.
