The font shading of the main menu looks wrong in the alpha.
Also, CaravelNet doesn't connect automatically, even when both versions use the same ~/Library/Application Support/Caravel/drod-5_0
directory.

It must be my poor eyes; I can't see what's different about the font shading. Both images look fine to me. Would you please highlight the difference?

Edit: I'll work with slimm tom to get CaravelNet functionality in the OS X build.

Thank you. I see it now.

It looks like the text is offset either vertically or horizontally from the outline text.

I recall Tom mentioning he was playing around with font settings. Maybe that's a factor, but I'll let him respond definitively.

There's definitely something wonky going on with the text. I didn't change any font settings.

I'm not sure if I can fix this, but when I have some time I will try to see if I can find a solution.
