In hold `The Tower`, level `Tower roof`, room 1S1W attempting to place a decoy causes a weird rendering issue: in the patch where the decoy would be visible the environmental effects are disabled, and the monsters are not shown either. Moving the would-be-decoy around drags and increased the altered screen area. Actually placing the decoy clears the glitch.
