icon Steam Achievements not syncronising after playing without steam (+3)  
I usually play steam games without launching the steam client to avoid obscene waiting time. Thankfully, DROD works perfectly in this configuration and only displays a warning message, something along the lines "Warning: Cannot connect to Steam", and sure enough, no steam prompts are shown when completing the challenge.

However, I would expect that after you launch the game and the steam client, the game would check for any unrewarded achievements and reward them without you manually redoing the challenge. But it does not, as can be seen in the attached screenshots -- the "A Little Learning is a Dangerous Thing" challenge is completed, but the achievemnt of the same name is not.
