I renewed my subscription late May w/BMT micro and never heard from Caravel for a renewal key; two emails to the support email have gone unresponded to as well as one to Mike R's email as, all sent at a leisurely snailmail two-weeks-apart pace...

Can anyone help me re-activate or point me in the right direction?

I also renewed around that time and did not receive a new CaravelNet code, but did not follow up.

Thanks for reaching out about this. Strange, I haven't received any emails and I'm not seeing any support e-mails/tickets created either. If you would do me a favor, please PM me the email address you used to renew/activate your CaravelNet subscription and I can look up your order and link it to your Caravel user account.

Running into the same issue as everyone else here. Going to PM you mrimer.

EDIT: This issue has been resolved. Turns out gmail sent the email with the activation link to my spam folder. I now have everything sorted

Glad this got sorted out for you!

We've been running some tests on our side and emails seem to be going out fine. My understanding is that a lot of individuals having this issue are simply getting the registration link email in their spam folder. If you haven't received yours, please check there first.

Well, it's been more than two weeks since I've placed the order and still no sign of anything. I'm unsure of what more I can do besides post about it here some more. Applogies for the double post, but I don't want my money going into the national bank of giant burning piles of cash. I hear they don't have good interest rates.
