Sure, no problem. This is probably one of the more involved rooms in the entire hold.
As you might suspect from the other three (well, three and a secret) rooms on this level, there's a minor theme going on with all of them, and that theme is:

×Displacement.
It's pretty clear just by examination that the two central pressure plates can never be released until main Beethro gets past that western door. However, time clones also clearly have a little bit of work to do, most notably destroying the gel blob so they can visibly unlock the tar gate during their own recording, and drop the trapdoors on the west side.
This implies that

×time clones have to help hold down the plates for a little while, but also be able to leave the plates later so they can get to their ending passageways.
So, how to put the puzzle pieces together?

×1. Replace brains with timeclones. Since the northernmost trapdoor corridor and the two middle trapdoor corridors are already spoken for, the timeclone with the stick must therefore take the southernmost one, and open the door for the southwest chamber. (It's the only timeclone with a stick, so nobody can push *it*.)

×2. With a suitable delay, have one of the central plate timeclones (ideally, the eastern one) release the eastmost 2x1 plate, thereby destroying the gel blob. This does close the west door, but it's OK if that happens in this timeline as long as it doesn't happen in the final timeline. (A minor theme of this entire hold.)

×3. With a suitable delay and organization, have both central plate timeclones go to their respective west trapdoor hallways.

×4. Now time for Beethro to fix everything so the final timeline plays out correctly. Start by pre-emptively moving the mirror so that the central plate timeclones will later try to move a mirror that isn't there, thus keeping that plate pressed down and the western escape door still open.

×5. Beethro can now go into the southwest chamber and destroy the gel blob the correct way. The central plates will be kept held down after each timeclone leaves by, of course, replacing each timeclone with a gel baby. I recommend having the time clone that's trying to move the mirror stick around for a little while to keep the first gel baby in place while you go back for the second one.

×6. With gel babies safely on the plates, everyone can finish dropping all their trapdoors. Beethro can go through the northernmost west passage, hit the orb, and draw the gel babies out. Done.
