Still strugling .I cant get the water skipper to bouge. From the other side I cant get the plaform to move west pass 20,15 so the skipper could keep it from moving south.

I am missing some thing.(See Attached..) From 23,16 moving NW does not do anything.
Ends of platform is not on 23,16 because it too long
