A number of DROD Mac users on the forum (NoahT, ThemsAllTook, disoriented) have reported that room scrolling transitions no longer occur in the latest Mac build.

When moving from one room to another, the image of the next room abruptly appears instead.

Mac build 5.1.0.6512. Maybe a new version of the graphics library introduced a bug.
