I wrote code in a tool for animating the face which is pretty similar to what I wrote so long ago for DROD to move Beethro's eyes around. My tool lets me create lip animation synched to speech pretty quickly. It's not automatic, but I have never seen an automatic solution that produced anything of reasonable quality.


Anyhow, its just a silly thing. Enjoy.
