You need to get the ghost behind the wall in the upper left at (5,13) or so.
To do that on the previous floor (2N) You'll need to have the ghost sufficiently to the south of you when you get to the stairs so that you can make it to the walls. Here's how I did it.

×Get the ghost to the spot labled 1 with Gunthro at 2 here in 1N. You may have to go back and forth between levels to do this, but if you can get the ghost to the north of you you can lure it down and use vertical preference
Next go up the steps to 2N. Lure the Ghost south by getting Gunthro to 2 which should get the ghost to 1, then imediately go for the stairs.
The ghost should now be to the south of you allowing you to make a run for the walls in the upper left corner of 3N. You can use standard tactics to get the ghost on the west side of the walls so that you can get up to the next floor.
