It's strange that the engine actually allows Beethro to get to the scroll before saying that he dies, rather than killing him immediately at (27,13). Arguably it'd be cooler if the engine allowed for you to do multipush stuff so that Beethro can survive situations like the one given, although I guess it's probably like this due to when death happens during a turn, and is left over from TCB (the first time that the player could die on water or pit).

Edit : Ok I found a way to go to the scroll, but I still die while stepping on the scroll, I had to write with a pen the code because it's not easy to memorize it :P

Funnily enough this won't work with more than 3 mimics because even though dying Beethro is still a pushable object, the same does not hold for mimics.
